Warm outreach: that's A tier. These are people that trust you. You already got the trust signals, you already got the authority, you already got the relationship.
Google ads: B tier. It's highly predictable, but with AI search, it's not becoming as important. Facebook ads: A tier. It takes a lot of work to refine your ads, though, so it costs a lot of money in the beginning.
Retargeting ads: S tier. These are people that you've already spent the money on, and they've already clicked on your website, so you need to target them again and again and again, because they're buyers. They just need to know why.
Email marketing: C tier. Google's cracking down on it, Microsoft's cracking down on it, so most email providers really aren't going to get past with email marketing anymore. Local networking: C tier. I mean, face to face is great, especially if you got the talent for it, but overall, it takes a ton of work and a lot of effort to be able to just get a few deals.
Local SEO: S tier. It really is important, because it creates a ton of trust signals and value. Plus, with AI search, it really makes a huge difference in how the search engines recommend you. Follow along for more SEO information!
