These are three review secrets that I use to get my clients from this to this.

Number one: fix the experience first. Reply to calls and messages within two minutes during working business hours. This is so important. Explain the price clearly before the job even starts. Walk through the step-by-step process with your customers.

Number two: ask for the review the moment the job is finished. Set up an automated review request system with a short message that takes them straight to the Google Business review page.

Number three: reply to bad reviews immediately so they do not hurt your rankings. Offer to fix the issue privately, and keep collecting five-star reviews to keep your ratings up.
