Making sure your pages are crawlable, indexable, and eligible to appear with snippets: this is important. If you're not getting indexed by Google, you have so many more problems in your business.
Publishing as much content as possible: it's a catch-22. It's important, but you have to capture the right content in volume, and it's got to be quality. Creating text-rich pages that answer local intent questions: important. It's really about what the customer is searching, and you want to make sure that your website is answering those questions.
Fully optimizing and verifying your Google Business Profile: absolutely important. It's the key thing here, and it leaves you susceptible to getting banned if you don't.
Choosing the most accurate primary business category and a small number of relevant secondary categories: important. Your primary category tells Google exactly what your business is, it allows you to compete on the same stage, and it's going to help you rank quicker.
Earning and responding to reviews: important. The more that you're responding to reviews, and the faster, that sends all the signals, both to AI as well as Google, that you are a valid business and you're active. Follow along for more SEO education!
