My car is making a funny noise. I think I need an oil change.

I'm not the man to change your oil, because look at these hands, but I can find somebody for you. So the first thing is that we all like to go to Google. We can do it on our phone or on the desktop, but what we look at immediately are going to be the top two.

When I see this, I see 2,000 reviews and one with almost 1,000 reviews, but these have twice the amount of reviews with only one third of the time in business. Makes a big deal.

So what I look at is I say that these guys have a better review management system. They're actually getting more five-star reviews from their customers, and so they have better processes. And companies that have better processes probably deliver better services. So I'm going to go with Take 5 Oil Change. Thanks.
