  4. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so your signature keeps its own styling.

How it works.

Choose your trade or "Realtor" from the dropdown. The form shows the fields that actually apply to you, license number, service area, or brokerage.

02

Fill in your details and pick a layout.

Add your name, title, company, and contact info. Try all 3 layout styles and watch the live preview update as you type.

03

Copy it into your email client.

Use "Copy rich text" for a direct paste into Gmail or Outlook, or "Copy HTML" if your tool needs the raw source. Follow the install steps for your client below the preview.

Questions owners ask.

Yes. There's no signup, no email required, and no limit on how many signatures you build. Pick your profession, fill in your details, and copy the result.

Yes. The signature is built as an HTML table with inline styles, the format both Gmail and Outlook expect. Use the "Copy rich text" button, then paste it into your signature settings in either client.

"Copy rich text" pastes the formatted signature directly, use this for Gmail or Outlook's signature box. "Copy HTML" copies the raw code, use this if a tool asks you to paste HTML source instead.

No. The logo field is optional. If you leave it blank, the signature renders without a logo row and still looks complete.

Yes. Choose "Realtor" from the profession dropdown and two fields appear, license number and brokerage name. They sit under your name and title in the signature.

Logo and review link URLs must start with https://. If a link doesn't, the signature leaves that row out rather than showing a broken image or link.
